Looks like "Gateway Pundit" known for its thoroughly (un)researched articles is facing Chapter 11 because, as Founder Jim Hoft states: "progressive liberal lawfare attacks against our media outlet" as the core reason for seeking Chapter 11—a move aimed at consolidating these challenges into a single court to streamline their resolution.

Given the large amounts that defamation suits are settled for or that juries award these days it's no wonder that Gateway Pundit decided to declare bankruptcy to just get the demise of the company over with quickly.

Seems OAN hasn't learned much from lawsuits about their "reporting".
