The World Series has ended with Atlanta winning it all. Cogratulations and thank you to both teams for a great series.
I played for 18 years, but the only thing that meant anything to me was the World Series.

Got back yesterday from a 3.5 day jaunt to NJ for a College Organization's reunion. Seventy people were in attendance at our biennial reunion. Thursday Karen and I arrived early to see an exhibition Men's BB gamen and have a pizza "date" at an old college haunt. Friday evening we arranged for two vans to take us to NYC: one for the ladies to see Phantom, one for the guys to get drunk at McSorley's Old Ale House. Everyone had a good time. Saturday AM was a memorial service for one of our friends who died from COVID in January. Saturday afternoon was spent reminiscing. In the evening we partied like it was 1969.
Came back in time to see the Giants win (about freakin` time !!)
Life is nothing without friendship.
