I can hear Gaetz now...the Deep State, anti Trumpers got to Greenberg, convincing him to lie about Gaetz in return for a good plea deal. Plus those b*%^s lied about their ages to entrap him. How can anyone really tell the difference between a 17 year old and an 18 year old anyway?

Greenberg didn't just plead guilty, he pleaded HELLA-guilty including to charges of conspiracy. As this piece notes if you have a conspiracy then there are likely co-conspirators.
I think Matt Gaetz may have just soiled his britches rather badly.

Not very bright, is he? Why not pay cash? He must have read crime novels or watched TV thrillers; paying cash is a well-known precaution used by bad guys.

Most Floridians know his dad got him out of tough scrapes before. I guess he thinks this will be the next one dad gets him out of. Based on the way some of these idiots operate, they wouldn't have lasted 10 minutes in North Jersey (Northern NJ).

The Bill Cosby case didn't seem particularly political. It turns out it was all along and Cosby is now a free man because of a maneuver by power hungry former DA Bruce Castor. F***.

Not sure why you're calling it political. Stupid or ignorant seem better labels to me. Is there some evidence that the fix was in?

To me it read like Castor avoided virtually every proper legal requirement of an immunity deal while promising one in order to avoid prosecuting somebody who, at the time, was a rather beloved figure. That makes for bad personal politics.

Dude got totally lost in the shuffle as he lost his perspective after the 9/11 terror attacks. Anyone knows what he might be up to lately?

Dude got totally lost in the shuffle as he lost his perspective after the 9/11 terror attacks. Anyone knows what he might be up to lately? Not at all. We used to really like him. Then my wife and I watched one of his standups during the Bush years. He had become a total right-winger right down to the complete loss of his sense of humor. We made it through maybe 20 minutes of what amounted to a stream of angry attacks and defenses. Not an actual joke to be found, just bitter diatribes delivered as if they were jokes.

Yeah I remember his Bush era routines. Totally mirthless. Bitter diatribes is the apt description. He lost his spark. Sounded then like he was struggling with demons in his own mind. Still wringing out a living with the same schtick, I see.

The We Build the Wall chumps who didn't receive a Trump get out of jail free card just plead guilty. Meanwhile Steve Bannon must be laughing his ass off at these suckers.

Brain Kolfage, who ran the "We Build the Wall" scam, is facing 5 years in prison. Worse than just stealing money he and the rest of the corruption crew, like Steve "Pardon Me!" Bannon, built some shit that is expected to just fall down.

Just another corruption scandal that nobody pays attention to anymore. Thanks for this, John Roberts. You may not have built this but you justified and legalized it.
So where is Oz's money coming from?
