It might be that I'm not in the algorithm for the Lincoln Project on Twitter (which I almost stopped using) but I'm not seeing much from that group. Has anyone else noticed that?

The group apparently had some scandalous stuff going on a few years ago, I think by one of their founders. Some folks left. I don't know who is left and what the entire story is/was. They are still producing ads, some quite good. I started looking at Twitter at the beginning of covid. It was a place to find an array of information, at least before the pandemic became a political tool. And I continued looking cuz there was some entertaining things to see. Then Elon bought it, and now.... |

I have been watching The Bulwark - www.youtube.com/@bulwarkmedia. There is something satisfying about 'Movement' conservatives so upset by the current state of the Repug party that they are championing Dems across the board; not just Harris/Walz, but for Congress as well. It's kind of amazing isn't it? I don't mean that the Bulwark folks are doing what they are doing, but that there are so many Republican office holders that are not doing what the Bulwark folks are doing. Still only Cheney and Kinzinger are doing anything. And the four women who once worked for the Trump Administration are appearing in public events. But they are all "girls" so maybe no one pays attention to these "disloyal" people. And Trump's "generals" (Kelly, Mc Master, Mattis) ...they've all made comments from time to time but apparently don't feel moved to do anything more than that. |
