Of course, given that this is Louisiana we’re talking about, the plan isn’t thought through terribly well. After all, alcohol does a number on the fetal brain, even before one is aware of the pregnancy. Unless decreasing the collective IQ of the state’s population is also part of the plan… |

In Jimmy Cagney's movie "One Two Three" the Russians torture one of the characters by playing "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polkadot Bikini". At times warping the sound by using an off center hole on the record.
If you haven't seen this movie its one of the funniest cold war spoofs around.
