Many years ago, an older Sergeant told us: "Just because they don't speak English doesn't mean they're stupid." This is a condensation of a NYT article. Rest of it is paywalled to me. The article also noted how Hamas found a sunken WWI English ship and is actually using the munitions on it. Case in point:

An Israeli intelligence officer tells NYT that the failure rate for IDF munitions fired into Gaza could be as high as 15 percent.
