Hunter Biden's attorney may be taking the path of a best defense being a good offense. I suspect there lawsuits are coming as he looks to be reimbursed for his legal bills and for general slander. Hunter continues to go on the offensive. Good for him. After the mishandling of his data, the handing it out for political purposes, and the firehose of lies and accusations I see no reason why he shouldn't try to burn every one of them to the ground. I'm glad to see this though it will just be a circus of delay, denial, and breathless reporting. Nice to see that the Biden who is victimized by assault from crazies who are running grifts in the service of themselves and of Trump is not sitting back waiting for this nonsense to blow over. Biden was probably influence peddling just as Kushner did but Biden was less successful by a lot in terms of monetary gain. But this attempt to ruin his already tough life for grift and political gain is inhumane and cruel.

Ron DeRacist is at it again. Whitewashing history literally. I'm surprised they're not brave enough to simply not talk about her. Just erase her.

And heeeeere they come. Lincoln Project gives us a super cut of batshittery from Trump's defenders. Little Lindsey looks like he's going to break into tears and soil his underoos.

The Republican House is all that we though it would be, bringing a level of unseriousness to the federal government never before seen in this country. Dana Milbanks reports on some of the latest clownery.

Hunter back on the offensive, this time against MTG. It sounds like his attorneys are lining these people up for bigtime slander lawsuits. Sounds like they're setting up for being able to tell a judge, "We didn't want to sue and we did everything we could to stop the slander, but they refused." The last things the liars want to do is get dragged into court, get deposed under oath, and be forced to testify under oath. The grandstanding defense will get them held in contempt and the lying defense will get them hit with perjury charges. That doesn't leave them with much since the truth is not a defense for them.

Just an opinion on the Hunter Biden PC:
The chain of evidence on that PC and hard drive are so corrupted no judge in theirrtight mind would allow any of that data to be entered in evidence.
I'm sure that will enter into the mix soon.

I'm sure that will enter into the mix soon. I posted this a while back. As evidence, the laptop is toast. Once Giuliani got his slimy mitts on it there was no legal value left, only potential propaganda value.

More on Airman Teixeira, the classified document leaker who the right-wingers have been trying to protect or at least soft-pedal. Way to stand up for America, traitors. This idiot destroyed his future and is likely going to prison for years. "Outside the United States" makes it even more serious, as if it wasn't bad enough already.

More right-wing lies debunked. As soon as I see that something is from the Claremont Institute, I know it's garbage.

Simply put, there's no evidence they have shit. They're just desperate to get everybody's eyes off of DeSatanist, Tucker, right-wing SCOTUS, Trump, the insurrectionists, and on and on down the ever expanding list of right-wing scandals. On the Senate side Gr-ass-ley is involved because of course he is. It was going to either be him, Little Lindsey, or RonJohn.
Almost guaranteed it's Republicans crying wolf yet again.

Stop me if you guessed this already. GOP's Chuck Grassley admits his ‘criminal scheme’ allegations against Joe Biden may be falseTwo days after hurling incendiary allegations at President Joe Biden, Sen. Chuck Grassley admitted his assertion may have been false. According to the report, Grassley’s comments echoed a similar statement he made Thursday to Fox News’ Chad Pergram that he couldn’t confirm "whether or not it's really criminal activity.” (SNIP) White House spokesman Ian Sams told Newsweek that the allegations against Biden are without merit. “… lobbing unfounded, unproven, politically-motivated attacks against the president and his family without offering evidence for their claims or evidence of decisions influenced by anything other than U.S. interests." "That's because they prefer floating anonymous innuendo, amplified by the megaphone of their allies in right-wing media, to get attention and try to distract and deflect from their own unpopular ideas and lack of solutions to the issues the American people actually care about."www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/gop-s-chuck-grassley-admits-his-criminal-scheme-allegations-against-joe-biden-may-be-false/ar-AA1aNFb4?ocid=msedgntp&cvid=e18d38e308b542c88a1c40439fb4e65c&ei=8

He can't confirm. And "IT." Odds are is that no "IT" actually exists, but this is the same type of soft slander they've used for decades. It's practically their trademark.

It gets bad when Jeraldo Rivera is getting annoyed... ‘Put Up Or Shut Up’: Geraldo Challenges the Right On 5 Years Of Hunter Biden Investigations Uncovering ‘Nothing Remotely Criminal’Fox News host Geraldo Rivera challenged critics of Hunter Biden, many of whom are on the American right, to “put up or shut up” when it comes to allegations of criminal behavior. “Hunter Biden has been investigated for almost five years. Aside from the fact he’s been a junkie dirtbag nothing remotely criminal has been uncovered,” Rivera wrote on Twitter Tuesday. “Put up or shut up,” the veteran broadcaster concluded. One of the replies was quick to defend the effort. (See if you can find the weasel words) “Outside of a potential illicit foreign influence operation, possible public corruption, FARA, and tax violations – you’re correct, nothing to see here,” replied Dan Bongino. www.mediaite.com/news/put-up-or-shut-up-geraldo-challenges-the-right-on-5-years-of-hunter-biden-investigations-uncovering-nothing-remotely-criminal/

Yes, Republicans are turning their states into shit holes, and that's their entire point. Archive link to the LA Times so you can read it if not a subscriber. A little history concerning Wisconsin's Scott Walker (wasn't her purchased by the Kochs?) from the LA Times link:

I don't know how to get that through to the loyal followers...that they are being milked for money. Somehow you don't see Lester Holt saying fabricated bullshit about Jared Kuschner "Outside of potential sex trafficking, possible fentanyl production, arms smuggling to ISIS, blackmailing foreign dignitaries, and ritual sacrifice of pre-schoolers - you're correct, nothing to see here". Most of NBC's audience has some cognitive functioning left.
