Indicted for YOU. Please send him every last dollar you have and pray for his victory over the Deep State and Democrat pedophiles. And then stockpile more ammo to slay his enemies, when he commands.

How many poses did he try out in the bathroom mirror before he settled on this one? I just heard on MSNBC that Trump is selling T shirts with this photo on it for something in the neighborhood of $34. I suspect it hit the "market" before Trump's jet landed in New Jersey this evening. I've seen my "twin", a person who I have known since birth (we had bassinets next to each other in the hospital nursery), post a proud "even more MAGA" on her Facebook feed. I am skipping my high school reunion Labor Day weekend partly because I don't want to hear MAGA s$*t from classmates. Thanks Trump, you've helped distance me from people I've know from childhood.

I'm betting the true weight is 315. The Sharpie only changed one digit!

The trial date for the 1/6 federal indictment is March 4, 2024, a little earlier than his requested date of sometime in 2026. The amount of discovery seems large but as my spouse points out...stuff like emails and texts are easily electronically searchable by key words, phrases, and dates, no need to read each and every one of them. Same for other types of documents.

I know someone who works for a specialty law firm that is hired by other firms to go through discovery and their team would be expected to go through this amount in pretty short order. Like in a week or two is what I think they said but can't remember for sure now; in any case Trump's team's suggestion was laughable. I mean, really, specifying the number of pages in your filing might make a MAGA person think yeah, take that, but a judge?
One of the funnier comments I've read MAGA = making attorneys get attorneys.

He is trying to sell his upper east side apartment for 6.5 million. Given his way with money, he probably owes more than that on it.

So far, it is only a default judgement and sanctions reimbursing costs to the plaintiffs for him not complying with the judge's discovery orders which involved trying to actually determine Giuliani's financial condition. The discovery order was not lifted and Giuliani still has to comply for the trial to determine damages. If he still doesn't comply, the judge will instruct the jury that he is intentionally hiding his financial assets in order to pretend to be poor.

I'm expecting a bankruptcy filing before long. If he gets his price for the apartment, how much of it goes to past unpaid legal fees? What is the status of legal fees in a bankruptcy proceeding anyway? If he has $$ hidden away somewhere, won't someone notice that he is keeping lawyers on his payroll (so to speak)?

Attorneys are generally unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and they can be discharged.

It seems either he has nothing so he is risking nothing or he has so much it is worth the risk. If I had to guess, I'd say the former is much more likely. But then, his elevator doesn't look like it goes all the way to the top and he is definitely an alcoholic, so anything goes.

Of course we all knew it, but sometimes it needs to be spelled out for some people.
