Some years ago, I heard a story by a Buffalo native, about when the white settlers came.  Looking for a place to settle, they saw the Natives were not in a particular area.  They decided that was the place to establish Buffalo NY.  I suppose we now know WHY the Natives did not live in that area.

Cleveland has its own set of problems.

I should note for the audience, Syracuse NY is often the snowiest city in the US.
