Usually the lawn growth starts slowing down at this time of year with the lack of rain. This year we're at least 6 inches above normal so lots of grass.
We don't really believe in mowing the lawn; we do it only to avoid unnecessary engagement with the neighbors.

Long story but based on their expected allocation, the dealer we went with on a ZO6 took us off the list because it would take eight years for us to get our ZO6. We move on, readjust our goals and continue to march. We got a couple of tips on some places to look so we start there.
Hope is tomorrow's veneer over today's disappointment.

East coast has rain all over the place. Hurricane Lee is expected to pass by and make a lot of rain over the weekend.
