Enraged that John Fetterman turned down invitations to appear on his Fox News program, right-wing broadcaster Sean Hannity threatened to sue the Democratic Senate candidate during a dizzying Tuesday night rant, where he also complained he was being used as a pawn in Fetterman’s fundraising efforts.

Fetterman is in a closely watched Senate race against celebrity Dr. Mehmet Oz in Pennsylvania.

“As of now, the Fetterman campaign is failing to debate Dr. Oz, also refusing my invitation to appear on this program as he and his campaign have been lying about me, raising money off of my name,” Hannity claimed.

Mediaite reported that on his Monday night show, Hannity put on the screen what he said was a fundraising letter from Fetterman’s campaign accusing the Fox News star Oz of spreading lies about the Democratic challenger.

On Tuesday, Hannity complained Fetterman sent “yet another fundraising text, attacking me, lying about me, calling me a liar.”

That prompted Hannity to up the ante.

He may be hearing from my lawyers very shortly,” Hannity warned. “He better hope that mommy and daddy have enough money to pay his legal bills.”

Noting that Fetterman suffered a stroke in May, Hannity showed edited video of the 53-year-old Democrat — the son of a wealthy Pennsylvania insurance executive — stammering during a recent speech and argued on Monday the state’s lieutenant governor is “unfit” to represent the Keystone State.

Claiming “we don’t lie on this show,” prime-time cable’s longest running host blasted the liberal candidate’s “losing campaign” for trading off Hannity’s name.

According to a Real Clear Politics, Fetterman leads the TV doctor supported by Hannity in every poll, including one taken by Fox News last month that shows the Democrat ahead by double digits.

Hannity’s activism in Republican politics is well established.

A little flashback to the 2020 Election. Oh, oh! It's totally Faux!

Fox News host Bret Baier was truly desperate to pacify then-President Donald Trump on election night after Fox called Arizona for Joe Biden, according to a new book by New Yorker journalist Susan Glasser and New York Times reporter Peter Baker.

Per Insider’s excerpt of the book titled “The Divider: Trump in the White House, 2017-2021,” Baier sent an email to Fox News President Jay Wallace panicking about the tantrum Trump was throwing after the network’s Decision Desk declared that Arizona had gone to Biden.

“The Trump campaign was really pissed,” Baier reportedly wrote. “This situation is getting uncomfortable. Really uncomfortable. I keep having to defend this on air.”

The Fox host even went as far as accusing his colleagues at the Decision Desk of “holding on” to their (accurate) call “for pride,” according to the book.

“It’s hurting us. The sooner we pull it — even if it gives us major egg — and we put it back in his column the better we are in my opinion,” Baier wrote.

Fox, which was the first major network to call Arizona for Biden, ultimately did not take Baier’s suggestion to literally make stuff up about the election results.

The revelation of Baier’s shocking proposal makes a big crack in his image as one of Fox’s few reporters who aren’t in MAGAworld’s pocket. Baier has openly tried to distance himself from the network’s hardline Trump allies, i.e. Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity.

Fox News host Sean Hannity hosted a town hall in Georgia last night for embattled Georgia GOP Senate nominee Herschel Walker, with Sens. Tim Scott (R-SC) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) as backup. Hannity made virtually no effort to disguise the event as anything more than an opportunity to clean up Walker’s campaign amid unceasing scandals over fake cop badges, a paid abortion, and domestic abuse.

The Fox News star just days ago hyped a “red tsunami” but on Wednesday night confessed the “glowing predictions of a big red wave were frankly foolish.”

Sean Hannity is out here trying to find the guy who did this.

Four days before Tuesday’s midterm elections, the Fox News star took to Twitter to promote a segment on his primetime show that featured a couple of conservative pollsters forecasting dominant GOP victories in both the House and Senate.

“RED TSUNAMI COMING?” Hannity posted on Friday night, hyping the “latest polling” from polling firm Trafalgar. “Is a red tsunami on the way?”

The night after the election, which saw Republicans wildly underperform expectations, the conservative primetime host played dumb, telling viewers he can’t seem to figure out the origin of the notion that the GOP would crush the midterms.

“I can’t say for sure whether rumors of the red tsunami started because polls in almost every key race were within the margin of error, mostly only one or two points,” Hannity said at the top of his show Wednesday night. “The glowing predictions of a big red wave were frankly foolish. I have a rule in life: Never overpromise and underdeliver. You want to underpromise and overdeliver.”

Faux News has decided that since their attacks on John Fetterman fell so flat they should try attacking his wife. All with false accusations, of course.

Conservative commentators have been trying to manufacture outrage about Gisele Fetterman ever since she posted a photo of herself and her partially cropped out husband Senator-Elect John Fetterman during his Senate orientation yesterday. But they’re mostly outing themselves as meme-illiterates.

“The actual Senator-elect is halfway cut out of the photo!!!,” Tiana Lowe, a Washington Examiner commentator said in a Twitter post. “She wanted this so badly for herself lol. I hope subjecting her husband and her marriage to this was worth her 15 minutes.”

By lobbing the Very Serious accusation that Gisele Fetterman is someone stealing her husband’s spotlight, the right-wing media is almost intentionally missing the joke. Posting badly cropped images of her 6′8″ husband has been a running joke for Gisele Fetterman for over a year. And it didn’t take long for many who have been following her posts to point it out.

Fox News, in typical fashion, attacked the senator-elect’s wife for stealing the spotlight, while also emboldening some bizarre new conspiracy theory that’s been circulating the right-wing swamp that claims Gisele Fetterman would be appointed as the senator for the state of Pennsylvania if Fetterman couldn’t do the job. Fetterman, of course, suffered a stroke leading up to the midterm elections and is recovering.

“Well she is a lot better looking than he is,” Clay Travis, a right wing commentator, said on Fox News Wednesday. “The reality here is that it does feel as if basically Pennsylvania elected his wife and she certainly is furthering that idea with these photos.”

Gisele Fetterman is unbothered.

She even tweeted after posting the photo, writing, “me a few hours into Senate spouse orientation … when someone said: I love your dress … ‘thanks, it’s thrifted! $12!’”

ETA: By the way, that was in his 2024 announcement the other day and I think he was referring to the outcome of the election not to her retirement from leadership. I'm not sure because I didn't watch though. I'd rather keep what is left of my brain cells.
