One of those rare almost one-off cars built in the 60's to compete with Carroll Shelby's AC Cobra.  Shelby's AC Cobra is NOT a Ford Cobra.  This is a separate model:  it was a small English car from AC Motors with a Ford V8 in it.  These cars were unbelievably fast: think of a Miata with a Corvette engine.  The AC Cobra is the car featured in the Beach Boys' song "Little Cobra".  A genuine Cobra from the 60's is literally worth millions.

Here's a link to Cheetah history.  Looks a bit like the Corvette because the person behind it was involved in Corvette racing.

Backstory:  Last night we found out, our lasagna recipient requested a meatless Lasagna Love lasagna for delivery today. No idea if TOTALLY vegan or eggs and cheese OK. Send question to recipient.  This morning person answered: eggs and cheese OK.  "We" assembled the filling.  Completing the assembly later today.

You try to come up with new ideas, but in the end, people just want to eat Italian food.
